The enclosed information satisfies Seabrook SER Confirmatory Issue No. 41 and the requirement set forth in Facility Operating License, NPF-56, Item 2.C.9, " Leakage Reduction Measurement Program."

e requests that the closure of SER Confirmatory Issue No. 41 be reflected in the next supplement to the Seabrook Station SER and that Facility Operating License, NPF-56, be amended to remove Item 2.C.9 as a license condition.
