Dear Dr. Wang:
Item 1:
Effective 1 January 1984, the Engineered Products business as the Monsanto Research Corporation, Dayton, Ohio facility, will become a part of the parent organization,itonsanto Company. The business will continue to operate from the Dayton, Ohio facility with no change in personnel and the telephone and twx numbers will remain the same. The chance will in no way affect the manufacturing, engineering or product sales functions of the business.
No change will occur in the line of authority or control of the licensed facility. Our address effective 1 January 1984 is:
