We have reviewed your application for renewal dated April 21, 1983 and your subsequent letters dated July 26, 1984, September 7,1984 and December 21, 1984 notifying us of your intent to decommission the facilities of the abovementioned application.
We will hold your renewal application open until we have received and reviewed the results of your closeout survey at which time we will act upon your temination request. We have enclosed " Guidelines for the Decontamination of Facilities...", July 1982 which we use in reviewing such requests.
