Dear Mr. Muller:
During the past year, I have been submitting to the Project Directorate, on a monthly basis, a list of outstanding licensing issues relating to Carolina Power & Light Company's H. B. Robinson Plant. This list is a prioritized summary of issues which are at the NRC for review and approval. This method has proven to be a valuable tool in prioritizing our needs. In fact, the system has worked so well that the Project Directorate has requested that i extend this practice to include our newly licensed Harris Plant.
Because of the success of this method, I have decided to undertake a similar effort for the Brunswick Plant. Accordingly, attached is Table I which is a.prioritized list of Brunswick licensing issues currently at the NRC for review and approval. It is my intention to revise and submit this list on a periodic basis, i
