FINAL RULE REVISING PART 110 CONCEP. MING IMPORTS OF URANIUM FROM SOUTH AFRICA Enclosed for your review are a draft final rulemaking package and the related Commission paper covering a proposed final rule which amends NRC's-export regulations in 10 CFR Part 110 covering imports of uranium from South Africa.
In order to allow the Commission sufficient time to review the revision to Part 110 by the December 31 Congressional deadline for implementation of the rule, we would appreciate your comments by December 03, 1986.
