Enclosed is an addendum to Inspection Reports No. 50-315/86038(DRSS) and
No. 50-316/86038(DRSS) transmitted by our letter dated November 14, 1986.
The addendum consists of comparisons of results of a liquid sample collected
during the inspection and criteria for comparing analytical measurements.
These comparisons will close out Open Item No. 50-315/86038-02 and
No. 50-316/86033-02.
Please attach the addendum to your copy of our inspection report.
