By letter dated December 9,1986, we acknowledged receipt of your November 20, 1986 request for exemption from the annual fee requirements of 10 CFR 171 for Unit No. 2 of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station.
While a decision has not yet been made on your request, this letter is to inform you that the second quarterly payment billed by Invoice No.
F0422 and any subsequent FY 87 quarterly payments should not be made for the THI-2 facility until further notice is provided to you. At such time as a decision is made on your November 20 exemption request, it will be provided to you in writing and you will be informed about further quarterly payments.
