We have received your November 20, 1986 application for a total exemp-tion from the annual fees of 10 CFR 171 for your Three Mile Island Station Unit No. 2.
Your application will be reviewed as soon as possible.
As indicated in the terms and conditions of Invoice Nos. F106 and F0422 which have been sent to you, the filing of the exemption request will not extend the due date for the first and second quarterly payments of
$237,500. To avoid interest, penalty and administrative costs, we recommend that payment of the invoiced amounts be made within the specified time stipulated on the invoices.
Please note that under the provisions of 10 CFR 171.25, if a timely payment of a quarterly installment is not made, the balance of the annual fee becomes due and payable to the Commission.
If a partial exemption is granted to you which necessitates an adjustment to the invoiced amount, such adjustments will be made including refunds, if necessary.
