References 1 and 2 request that Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) submit a complete exercise scenario with all controller information and simulation data for the emergency preparedness exercise at least 45 days prior to the exercise.
l This information is provided in the enclosure, " Plan for Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant Emergency Exercise - February 28,1987." Information provided in the enclosure has been handled on a "need-to-know" basis such that " players" do not have access to the scenario to be used. This restriction has also been applied to participating organizations and agencies.
