Carl, sorry to belabor the point, but since we are documenting the concurrence by E-mail, would you confirm that the following reflects what we agreed upon for the input from the CFO (or modify it as you wish to be shown):
RESOURCES:
The resources currently budgeted for implementing this rulemaking include 1.3 FTEs and $361K in FY 1999,2.3 FTEs and $535K in FY 2000, and 2.3 FTEs and $535K in FY 2001.
COORDINATION: )
The Office of the General Counsel has no legal objection. The Chief Information Officer and the Executive Director for Operations concur in this paper. The Chief Financial Officer has reviewed this paper for resource implications, has no objections to the resource implications, and concurs in this paper.
