The Office of Administration concurs on the final rulo that amends Part 2. We have attached a copy of the package that presents our comments.
When this document is forwarded for publication, pl3ase include a 3.5 inch diskette that contains a copy of the document in Wordperfect as part of the transmittal package. The diskette will be forwarded to the OFR and the Govemment Printing Office for their use in typesetting the document.
