DISCUSSION:

THIS ALARM INDICATES THE ES SYSTEMS ARE STILL ABLE TO ACTUATE AND RCS PRESSURE IS DECREASING. IF THIS CONDITION OCCURS DURING A NORMAL PLANT COOL DOWN THEN ES MUST BE BYPASSED IN ORDER TO PREVENT INADVERTENT ACTUATION. IF DC PUMP HAS TO BE TRIPPED AFTER AN ES ACTUATION, HPI SEAL IN RESET MUST BE DEPRESSED BEFORE THE' PUMP CAN BE SECURED.
