Dear Dr. Grace:

Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) wishes to provide you with an update to the information on the proposed license conditions transmitted by the referenced letter. CP&L has met the license conditions provided by the referenced letter which stated, "The Licensee shall complete the preoperational systems testing or have equivalent means to perform" the functions listed.

Since CP&L has met the proposed license conditions, we request that they not be included in the full power license.
