Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Unit 1, Docket No. 50-445A; Antitrust Operating License Review; Responses to Regulatory Guide 9.3.
Dear Mr. Funches:
As you know, Texas Utilities Electric Company
("TUEC"), lead applicant for the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, has been requested by the NRC staff to provide comments in response to the Commission's Regulatory Guide 9.3 pertaining to the applicants' changed activity since the September 15, 1980, antitrust settlement.
These comments are due by July 18, 1986.
Tex-La Electric Cooperative of Texas, Inc.
(" Tex-La"),
an owner in the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, will be filing a response to TUEC's comments.
There have been a number of major changes in TUEC's activities in the areas listed for comment in Regulatory Guide 9.3.
Rather than describe those changes in this letter, Tex-La prefers to give TUEC the opportunity to fully describe these changes to the NRC staff.
In this connection, Tex-La respectfully requests the NRC staff to forward Tex-La a copy of the comments filed by TUEC and any supporting documents included with the comments.
