.e FIFTH REFUELING STEAM GENERATOR INSPECTION During the Fifth Refueling Outage all three steam generators were 100% inspected using the MIZ-18 multi-frequency eddy current inspection _ equipment.
Initial i nspection sample of RC-E-1C resulted in Technical Specification inspection Category C-3.
Subsequent sample inspection of RC-E-1A and RC-E-1B also fell in the C-3 Catego ry.
These results required the inspection of 100% of all steam generator tubes in all three steam generators.
The results of these inspections and of tube plugging required after DCP 764 (Tube expansion at the first and second cold leg support plates) are as follows:
RC-E-1 A A total of 3,364 tubes inspected (24 previously plugged)
