In accordance with your application dated July 8,1988, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM.1981 is hereby amended to incorporate changes related to the design, evaluation, and designation of spent fuel racks for storage of new fuel. Accordingly, the date of July 8,1988, is added to Item 9 of your license.
All other conditions of your license shall remain the same.
