3 LER #005 N/A N/A Station Electric Service Buses 22A and 22B were cross-tied. The loss of Bus 228, and consequently Bus 22A, resulted in the subsequent loss of the "A" S/G feed pump.

This resulted in a loss of level in the #1 S/G which caused the reactor trip.
