Dear Mr. Calvo:

During a telephone conversation on July 27, 1988, Mr. K. Heitner (NRC) requested that PSC resubmit tne affected pages of Fort St.

Vrain (FSV) Technical Specification LCO 4.6.1, Auxiliary Electric System, in the same format as is contained in the NRC copy of the FSV lechnical Specifications.

The amendment request was originally submitted in the above referenced letter and in the format consistent with PSC's word processing system.

Please note that Attachments 1 and 3 of the referenced letter are not changed since the attached pages are changes in format only.
