Thank you for your timely and positive response to our review convtonts of the proposed Revision 1 to the GPU Nuclear Emergency Plan for Three Mile Island and Oyster Creek Nuclear Stations (GPU 5211-88-2125/4410-88-L-0097). Our evaluation of the changes to Figures 24A and B and Section 5.5 indicate the NRC's concerns have been satisfactorily addressed. The proposed Revised Plan is now in conformance with federal guidance and 10 CFR 50.47(b)(10) and correctly reflects the Federal Radiological Emergency Response Plan. With has been determined not to reduce emergency prepa(redness effectiveness and) these changes, Revision 1 to the Corporate Plan 1000-PLN-1300.02, Rev. 1 may, therefore, be implemented.
