Facility Operating License NPF-56, Construction Permit CPPR-136, Docket Nos. 50-443 and 50-444 SUDJECT: Radiological Emergency Response Plan for Commonwealth of Massachusetts Gentlemen As a result of discussions at the March 18, 1987 meeting with the NRC Staff, New llampshire Yankee (NiiY) has decided to submit a utility plan addressing emergency preparedness requirements for Massachusetts.

Therefore, pursuant to 10CFR50.33(g) and n.4 thereto, enclosed please find one (1) copy of the Seabrcok Station Radiological Emergency Response Plan for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, NHY also requests a meeting with the NPC Staff, at its earliest convenience, to discuss the submittal and the NRC's, review schedule.

Also, one (1) copy of thl's information is being transmitted in hand or by prepaid delivery service / mall, as indicated on the attached ASLB service ligt, to the interested parties as well as the ASLB Panel.
