discussions of;our findings with Mr. J. M. Levine and other members of your

staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during the inspection included the iraplementation of the

emergency plan and. procedures during the annual exercise. Within these areas,

i

the inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures and

i

representative records,. interviews with personnel, and observations by the

j

inspectors.

These findin'gs are documented in the enclosed inspection report.

The enclosed report identified five deficiencies in your emergency preparedness

program.

It is requested that you provide this office with a schedule for

correcting these deficiencies within 30 days after receipt of this letter.

Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were

identifled.

The response directed by this letter is not subject to the clearance procedures

of the Office of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork Reduction

Act of 1980, PL 96-511.
