Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Statio i Docket No. 50/395 Operating License No. NPF-12 Amendment 14 to the Physical Security Plan
Dear Dr. Grace:
South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G), acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, submits six (6) copies of Amendment 14 to the Physical Security Plan under the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p). This change does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, or the Training and Qualification Plan.
Amendment 14 reflects planned modifications to the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station security computer and closed-circuit television surveillance systems.
Recent reassignment of responsibilities for document control has resulted in a change in controlled document copy numbers.' The new numbers are reflected on the Title Page of this Amendment.
The attachments contain Safeguards Information and other information which should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21 and 10CFR2.790(d).
