RECORDS 6.5.1.8 The PSRC shall maintain written minutes of each PSRC seeting that, at a minimum, document the results of all PSRC activities perfonned under the responsibility provisions of these Technical Specifications. Copies shall be provided to the Director Nuclear Operations and the Nuclear Safety Review Committee.

6.5.2 NUCLEAR SAFETY REVIEW COMMITTEE (NSRC')

Review of the Fire Protection Program and Implementing Procedures and shall submit recommended changes to the Nuclear Safety Review Committee.

Discussion of Change This change adds an additional programatic review requirement to the Technical Specifications.

This change will assure that the review of fire protection program requirements is equivalent to the review requirements of comparable programs.

Therefore, the conclusions of the complete Safety Evaluation and Significant Hazards Consideration transmitted by letter dated February 19, 1987 (ULRNC-1447) as endorsed by letter dated March 2, 1987 (WM-87-0068) remain valid.
