REVIEW 0F APPENDIX E (REV. 2) TO CPRT PROGRAM PLAN In resp'nse to your memorandum dated August 8, 1986, subject as above, we have reviewed Appendix E Pevision 2 of the CPRT Program Plan, and W. G. Counsil's July 23, 1986, letter which indicated the reasons for changes made by Revision 2.
With respect to the Design Adequacy Program, except for editorial changes, Revision 2 is the same as Revision 1, which was the basis for NUREG-0797, Supplement No. 13 to the Comanche Peak Safety Evaluation Report.
Therefore, our previous conclusion that Appendix E is acceptable is still valid f
