We have received a copy of your application dated May 30, 1986, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. This application requested NRC approval to reduce the Crystal River Unit 3 Quality Program commitment to comply with Regulatory Guide 1.54, Rev. O and ANSI Standard N101.4 1972.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that your Corporation remit the application fee of $150 for your May 30, 1986 request. Your Corporation will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your applica-tion in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
