Dear Mr. Gagliardo:
Inspection Report 86-04 Notice of Violation In response to Reference 2, Omaha Public Power District, (0 PPD) submitted Reference 3.
As a part of the corrective steps to be taken in response to Violation C, regarding lock and key control, OPPD stated that a procedure change would be in effect by June 15, 1986.
Delays involved in the implemen-tation of this procedure change were discussed with Larry Yandell of Region IV.
The revised procedure has since been implemented as noted in Reference 4.
