Thank you for your letter of May 14, 1986, in response to our letter and the
attached Notice of Violation dated April 17, 1986. As a result of our review,
we find that additional information, as discussed with your Messrs. James
Fisicaro and Steve Willrett (during a telephone call on June 23, 1986) is
needed. Your attention is directed to the enclosed attachment for specific
comments by this office.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by
10 CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited
by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Therefore, the
material, with the exception of the cover letter, will not be placed in the
Public Document Room.
Please provide the supplemental information within 30 days of the date of this
letter.
