AFFIDAVIT OF NANCY E.
HOTCHKISS 1, Nancy E. Ilot chk i s s, be i ng on oa th, hereby depose and say as follows:
1.
I am the co-owner and co-director of The Children's Garden, a private preschool and Kindergarten in Portsmouth, New ilampshi re and have been so for eight years.
2.
In the event of a radiological emergency at Seabrook, my first priority will be to locate my two children and insure their safety.
I would not be available to supervise the evacuation of The Children's Garden.
Based upon my personal knowledge of the staff at my center, it is my opinion that they similarly would place their family's safety as a first priority and would be unavailable to assist in the evacuation.
3.
My professional opinion is that the plan is inadequate for our facility and is not sensitive to the needs of young children.
My concerns about the plan have been expressed to New Ilampshire Civil Def ense and have met with Iit tle cooperation or ef fort to modi fy the plan.
