Inspection Report No. 50-443/86-32
This refers to the routine safety inspection corducted by Mr. A. Krasopoulos
of this office on May 20-22, 1986, at Seabrook, Unit 1, New Hampshire, of
activities authorized by NRC License No. CPPR-135 and to the discussions of
our findings held by Mr. Krasopoulos with Mr. L. Walsh of your staff at the
conclusion of the inspection and to subsequent discussions between
Mr. A. Cerne and Mr. W. Sanchez of your staf f on June 4,1986.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas,

the inspection consisted of selective exaninations of procedures and repre-
sentative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspec-
tor.
Within the scope of this inspection, no vtolations were observed.
Since some fire protection related work remains to be completed it is important
that you verify completion of the fire protection systems prior to fuel load.
In addition all administrative and surveillance testing procedures relating to
fire protection, should be finalized before f uel load.
