l Gentlemen:

In our referenced response to Notice of Violation 445/8614-V-01 and 446/8611-

1 V-01 (Item A), we committed to a Date of Compliance of January 21, 1987. This

commitment required the retraining of warehouse and QC personnel-in the

requirements of receiving and inspection procedures with emphasis on the

i segregation of damaged materials.

The retraining of the appropriate personnel was completed on March 26,'1987.

Therefore, the actual date that full compliance was achieved was March 26,

j 1987.
