In our referenced response to Notice of Violation 445/8614-V-01 and 446/8611-V-01 (Item A), we committed to a Date of Compliance of January 21, 1987. This commitment required the retraining of warehouse and QC personnel in the requirements of receiving and inspection procedures with emphasis on the segregation of damaged materials.
The retraining of the appropriate personnel was (.ompleted on March 26, 1987.
Therefore, the actual date that full compliance was achieved was March 26, 1987.
