Conformance to Regulatory Guide 1.97, Revision 2 The staff has completed its review of your response to Generic Letter 82-33 contained in your letter of April 1,1985, LIC-85-117.
The results of the staff review are contained in the enclosed report that was prepared by the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory.
The report contains a number of open items detailed in Section 4 that require further justification in order to make a favorable finding.
You are requested to review the information contained in the report and provide a response to these open items and any other comments you may have if the report includes incorrect assumptions or reflects commitments that you believe go beyond the intent of yocr submittal.
j It is requested that you provide your response to this request within 60 days of receipt of this letter or provide a date you can meet within 15 days.
This request applies to fewer than ten respondents, therefore; OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
