Yuhas of this office on April 1, 2, 29, and May 15, 1986, of activities authorized by NRC License No. DPR-54, and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Yuhas with Messrs. R. Colombo and R. Rodriguez and other members of your staff at the conclusion of each site visit during the inspection. , This inspection was conducted.to evaluate your management of liquid radioactive effluents during 1985. The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspectors. Enforcement action related to the enclosed inspection report will be addressed in separate correspondence.
