This is in response to your September 15, 1986 letter requesting a one time extension of one week for completing two DOE /NRC-741 forms.
We have reviewed your request and have determined that granting it after the fact has not adversely affected the common defense and security nor the public health and safety and is otherwise in the public interest. Accordingly, we are issuing a new unnumbered license condition to Amendment SG-1 to your License No. SNM-1097, effective immediately, to read as follows:
Notwithstanding the requirement of the printed instructions (NUREG/BR-006) referenced by 10 CFR 75.34(a) to complete DOE /NRC Form-741 for transfers RFBQ-UYLJ-1 and 2 within 30 days of receipt of the material, the licensee had until September 23, 1986 to complete these documents.
We have determined that the enclosure to your September 15, 1986 letter con-tains information of the type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be commercial or financial within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be withheld from public disclosure unless subject to the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
