REQUEST FOR ONE-TIME REGULATORY EXEMPTION Pursuant to activities authorized under NRC License SNM-1097, General Electric Company Nuclear Fuel & Components Manufacturing, located in Wilmington, N. C., hereby requests an exemption to current material control and accountability regulations as specified in the attachment to this letter. Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d), General Electric requests this information to be withheld from public disclosure as this material identifies GE procedures for safeguarding licensed special nuclear material. Pursuant to 10 CFR 170.31, a check for $150 for processing this amendment request will be forwarded to you under separate cover.
