SUBJECT:

REORGANIZATION OF NRR I am concerned with the timing of this reorganization given that within the next 12 months we are scheduled to complete the licensing review for 19 plants.

Instead nf reorganizing NRR at this time, I believe we should complete the licensing of NTOLs and thoroughly explore e reorganization options not just for NRR but perhaps for other organizations within the NRC.

For exagle, if the proposed NRR reorganization is looking to a future where the focus is on operating plants should we not look towards combining NRR and I&E (perhaps placing the enforcement function in a separate office.)
