MILLSTONE UNIT 2 REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION EXTENSION OF THE EXPIRATION DATE FOR THE FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE 1.

With regard to non-radiological impacts associated with your application, please provide a summary in tabular form.

For each type of impact, provide the following:

Duration over which the impact was assessed (e.g., 30 years, 40 years,etc.)

o Type of monitoring program, if any, associated with the impact.

Reference (including section number) from the Millstone Unit 2 FES, o
