Dear Mr. Chairman:
I wrote to the Subcommittee on December 24, 1986 and February 3, 1987 on allegations made by Mr. Sam Milam III and General Electric's (GE) review of documents related to those allegations for proprietary information pursuant to 10 CFD 2.790.

GE also noti'ind the NRC that while the Stokes report and Mr. Milan's work record contained prnprietary information, GE relinquished any claims of exemption from disclosure which it could otharwise make for these documents.
Accordinaly, the docunents forwarded to the Subcommittee as anclosures to my December PA, 1986 letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room to be available to the oublic.
