Dear Congressman Eckart:

I ttrote to you on December ?a, 1986 and February 3, 1987 on allegations made by Mr. Sam Milam III and General Electric's (GE) review of documents related to those allegations for proprietary information pursuant tn 10 CFR 2.790. GE has completed its review of documents and notified the NRC that the NRC Inspection Report No. 99900403/86-01 did not contain propriatary information. GE also notified the NRC that while the Stokes report and Mr. Milam's work record contained proprietary information, GE relinquished any claims of exemption from disclosure which it could otherwise make for these documents.

Accordingly, the documents forwarded to you as enclosures to my December ?d, 1986 letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room to be available to the public. ,

Dear Governor Celeste:

I wrote to you on December 24, 1906 and February 3, 1987 on allegations made by Mr. Sam Milan III and General Electric's (GE) review of documents related to those allegations for proprietary information pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790 GE has completed its raview of documents and notified the NRC that the NRC Inspection Report No. 94900403/86-01 did not contain proprietary information. GE also notified the NRC that while the Stokes report and Mr. Milam's work record contained proprietary information, GE relinquished anv claims of exemption from disclosure which it could otherwise make for these documents.

Accordingly, the documents forwarded to you as enclosures to my December ?4, 1986 letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room to be available to the public.
