Commonwealth Edison Company Docket No. 50-373 As a result of the inspection conducted on October 8, 1986 through j
November 17, 1986, General Statement of' Policy and Procedure for NRC Enforceme (1985), the following violation was identified:
Technical Specification 6.2.A states, " Detailed written procedures inc applicable checkoff lists covering items listed below shall be prepared, approved and adhered to....:

Contrary to the above, the following examples of failure to adhere to procedures were identified:
