These plans were discussed with the i;RC at a reeting in our White Flint Office on August 31, 1988.

At the August 31, 1988, meeting, you extended an invitation for the NRC to attand your reetings with the contractor.

Instead, we would prefer periodic briefings from you on the results, recorrendations, and progress made on the appraisal.

As soon as you have progressed sufficiently on this matter, please provide us with a proposed neeting schedule.

We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
