REACTOR OPERATOR AND SENIOR REACTOR OPERATOR LICENSING EXAMINATIONS The purpose of this letter is to document a change in schedule for the administration of the examinations at SONGS Unit 1.
On October 7,1988 Mr. P. Morrill of my staff called Mr. R. Sandstrom of the SONGS 1 staff to discuss and arrange for a schedule change. The examination week will be changed from November 29 through December 1,1988 to December 12 through December 16, 1988. This change was made to allow for a SCE facility review of the Senior Reactor Operator and Reactor Operator written ,
examinations on November 29, 1988. Based on new NRC-OLB guidance for examination reviews, copies of the keys will be made available to your staff for review and revision. The examination writers will be present to discuss and implement any required changes to the examinations.
Due to the schedule change the written examinations are seneduled for December 13, 1988, and the plant oral examinations are scheduled for December 14-16, 1988.- Thank you for you and and your staffs' cooperation in this matter.
