Haddam Neck Plant Bimonthly Progress Report No. 3 Design Information Submittal New Switchgear Building Construction On September 30,1986,(I) Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company (CYAPCO) committed to provide the NRC Staff with updated bimonthly progress reports and construction design information submittals in accordance with the major milestone schedule for construction of the new switchgear building at the Haddam Neck Plant. The purpose of this letter-is to provide the NRC Staff with the third bimonthly progress report and the first design information submittal. Bimonthly Progress Report No. 3 is included as Attachment I and the Construction Design Information submittal is included as Attachment 2.
