CONFIRMATION OF MEETING ARRANGEMENTS This confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. M. A. McDuffie, of your staff, and Mr. P. E. Fredrickson of my staff, on October 21, 1988, concerning a management meeting at the Brunswick Media Center on November 21, 1988. The time of the meeting was established as 10:30 a.m.
This meeting will be open to the public.
We requested this meeting to review the results of our Systematic Assessment of Licenseo Performance (SALP) Program for your Brunswick facility.
This program involves an appraisal of your regulatory performance by selected NRC managers.
Your regulatory performance was evaluated for the period July 1,1987 through August 31, 1988.
The report will be forwarded to you approximately one week prior to our meeting.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
