Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Inservice Inspection Data Reports In accordance with 10CFR50.55a(g) and ASME Section XI, IWA-6000, GPU Nuclear is forwarding Owner's Data Report, NIS-1. This report describes examinations performed in conjunction with the In Service Inspection Program during the Cycle 11 Refueling Outage.
Additionally, in accordance with GPUN Procedure 1504-ADM-3272.02, GPU Nuclear is forwarding the Owner's Report for Repairs or Replacements, NIS-2.
This report describes repairs and modifications which took place during the Cycle 11 Refueling Outage on pressure retaining weld boundaries.
