Updated Response to NRC Bulletin 88 04 Subsequent to submittal of reference 2, Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) discovered that clerical errors were made prior to mailing.
These errors included 1) notation of the NRC Bulletin on the Affidavit, and 2) wording changes for the evaluation of miniflow recirculation lines for Auxiliary Feedwater Purrp FW-6, and Safety injection / Containment Spray Pumps.
The appropriate changes have been made, this letter has been renumbered as LIC-88-929, and is enclosed.
Please disregard Omaha Public power District (OPPD) letter LIC-88-903.
