DISCRIMINATORY EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES COMPLAINT, RII-96-A-0C38
Dear Mr. Huddleston:
Per a cooperative agreement between the Department of Labor (DOL) and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), we have received a copy from DOL of a discriminatory employment practices complaint filed by you, representing Mr.
Douglas Harrison, against Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation.
In the complaint you alleged continuing pattern of harassment and discrimination against Mr. Harrison resulting from certain safety concerns he hg raised while employed by Stone & Webster at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant.
