South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G), acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, submits the original and three i
copies of Amendment 17 to the Physical Security Plan, Amendment 5 to the Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Amendment 5 to the Training and Qualifications Plan under the provision of 10CFR50.54(p).
These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan.
These amendments reflect the changes to the Security Organization as a result of a February 1987 reorganization in SCE&G, which include reclassification and re-assignment of two positions.
The attachments contain Safeguards Information and other information which should be withheld from public disclosure per 10CFR2.790.
