PETITION OF THE CITIZENS ASSOCIATION FOR SOUND ENERGY FOR SUSPENSION OF A CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AND OTHER RELIEF WITH RESPECT TO THE TEXAS UTILITIES AND GENERATING COMPANY, COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION Enclosed please find a copy of a Petition dated March 19, 1984 filed pursuant to 10 CFR Section by the Government Accountability Project on behalf of the Citizens Association for Sound Energy.
The Petition and the attached Limited Appearance Statement questioned the propriety of the conduct of NRC Region IV.
