Follow-up to Special Report on Inoperability of Fire Barriers Omaha Public Power District (0 PPD) reported in Reference 2, the inoperability of a fire barrier separating fire areas 19 and 20, the compensatory actions taken, and a list of maintenance orders generated to repair the fire barrier.
The purpose of this submittal is to inform you that the maintenance has been l
completed, and that the fire barrier was restored to operable status September 19, 1988.
